Yes, and registering late costs more. Because late = more emails = more coffee = more money.
-
We believe in rewarding players who commit early, not inflating the pot for people who ghosted the early bird.
-
Each event has a refund cutoff date clearly shown. If you decide to drop out after that deadline, you will not receive a refund.
If you register then need to drop out prior to the deadline, you will receive a 100% refund (minus any transaction fees).
Teams & Formats

Otherwise, no. Coed means one actual female-identifying player on the court at all times. We love dads, we love sons, but we don’t bend the rules for either—no matter how sensitive his soul or how long his hair is.

Grass volleyball happens. We’ll only cancel for lightning or dangerously bad conditions. We’ll communicate clearly and early if anything changes.

For one-day tournaments, yes. Canceling prior to the start of the event will result in 100% refund for all. Any cancelations during pool play will result in partial refunds. We will pay out prizes to the highest remaining seeds if we have to cancel during the playoffs.
We would only refund for leagues if a large majority of the nights were canceled due to inclement weather.
Volunteering
