Join the Shank City Volunteer Crew

Shank City is powered by good vibes, questionable serves, and just enough disorder to keep things spicy. We’re looking for awesome people to help with net setup, field prep, check-in, scorekeeping, merch, and general wrangling at our leagues and tournaments.

If you're down to pitch in (especially early in the day when we're fighting net poles and court lines), we’d love to have you on the team. No experience necessary — just a decent attitude and a willingness to be paid in gratitude, high fives, and possibly a t-shirt if we remember.

The best part? If you help out at an event, you play for free. That’s right — sweat a little before the first serve, and your entry fee disappears like a shanked pass.

Yes, this is technically free labor, but think of it as an internship in mayhem — and you’ll have a front-row seat to all the volleyball shenanigans.
